So we bought some "Mexican Seasoning" yesterday to make some taco lasagna with.
It had a lot of curry in it.
Who in this crazy place decided that Mexicans use curry?

There was only one brand that had "Mexican Seasoning" or anything like it. It was the generic brand. They don't eat a whole lot of central american cuisine in this place.
And Chris, I will put the recipe up sometime this weekend. I may even email you my mother's cookbook.
